Pioneer Fitness HOMEWODS was created to bring our unique style of training into your home. We specialise in results driven training both in a group setting and ONE2ONE sessions. Each ONE2ONE session will be tailored to what equipment you have at home, your ability and your specific goals.
Our unique training methods will help you build and maintain your current muscle mass whilst rocketing your fitness levels through the roof. With over 15 years of experience of dealing with 1000s of clients we have build a system that we know works.
All sessions will be run through ZOOM so you will have the same face to face contact with your PT as you would in a gym environment. Once your signed up we will arrange an initial consultation and discuss your goals and workout a plan together that we can move forward with. All PT sessions will be 45 mins long.
Every client will be provided with a bespoke nutrition plan based around there goals, current activity levels and there preferred food choices.

WHAT DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDE?
-Daily home workouts that are programmed to get results. Each workout will focus on different muscle groups, allowing you to train each day without over loading your muscles too much.
-All sessions are be planned with the members in mind. We base each sessions around the equipment you have at home. Variations of each session will be posted so that you can pick and chose which session you want to do catering for body weight training to a fully kitted home gym.
-All members will have access to our NEW nutrition calculator that will generate a bespoke nutrition programme specific to the information you enter and to your personal goals.
-Members will get exclusive access to all of our LIVE HOMEWODS through zoom.These sessions will be ran by the owner of Pioneer Fitness Daniel Palmer.
I never thought id be able to burn over 1000cals in a home workout using just 1 dumbell. The session are UNREAL, tough but your feel amazing after!!
The way the sessions are programmed means i can train each day as they focus on different muscle groups in every session. EVERY session is different too and adapted to what equipment you have at home. AMAZING.
I've trained at Pioneer Fitness for years so when the COVID-19 lock down was announced i didn't know what i was going to do. HOMEWODS really do replicate the way we train in our facility. I don't know how they do it but the workouts are always varied and always bloody killers!! LOVE IT!!
